Salon Spotlight
//
We are so excited to get back to work and are looking forward to seeing you all. We wanted to inform you of a few of the changes that our salon has implemented to help stop the spread of Covid-19. The guidelines below will outline current salon procedures. We ask that you please read them thoroughly ahead of your upcoming salon visit. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions prior to your appointment.
First and foremost, the Colorado Safer at Home order allows Salon Hether's to be open and operating, but at a limited capacity. To adhere to Colorado guidelines and accommodate you, our clients, we are going to be temporarily extending our hours. The salon will be open Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Sunday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Each stylist may only perform a personal service on one client at a time. This means that you must come to your appointment alone and guests will not be allowed. At your appointment time, please call the salon once you have arrived from your vehicle at 303-421-8500. A staff member will then confirm that it is okay for you to come inside or will call and/or text you to let you know when we are ready to serve you. Once inside, we will greet you and ask that you stand on the sterilized mat just inside the door and wait to have your temperature taken with a contactless thermometer. If you have a temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, you will be asked to leave the salon and sadly, we will not be able to serve you for your safety and ours. If you are feeling ill prior to your appointment with cough or fever or believe to have been exposed to anyone with a virus, please call ahead and we will be glad to reschedule you.
Face masks will be required of all clients that is secured around your ears. Bandanas or masks that tie behind your head are not acceptable as we need access to your hair. If you do not have a mask that you can bring to your appointment please let us know and we have a limited supply available here for a nominal fee that will be attached to your service. You must wear your mask throughout your entire appointment and our stylists will be as well. We have gone above and beyond to ensure your safety while you are at our salon, but there is an assumed risk any time you enter a public place. You will notice plexiglass dividers between the stations, and we will take care in sterilization of equipment and chairs in between clients. Credit cards will be our preferred method of payment to further protect from unnecessary contact.
We realize that time with your stylist is more valuable now than ever. It is imperative that you keep your scheduled appointment and arrive on time, as you are our stylist's lifeline. We kindly ask that you give at least 24-hour notice if you will not be able to make your appointment. It is truly out of consideration for our staff that you give them an opportunity to serve another client if you are unable to come. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. This is new for us all and we appreciate you adjusting and supporting our salon. Our goal is to keep our clients and staff feeling safe, healthy, and beautiful.
Hello to our valued friends. We certainly are receiving many phone calls about the concerns of coming into the salon. Be assured that we take the greatest care in making sure that you and our staff are safe. We sterilize equipment between clients and because of our smaller staff, there aren't usually more than 20 people in the salon at any given time. We are doing our best to serve you all especially given the fact that we already have a scheduled shut down for improvements from April 7 - April 11th. Each station has the approved distance of 6', therefore you don't come in contact with other clients that are in the salon. We have waived any cancellation fees and are encouraging anyone with any signs of illness to stay home. We will recognize all State and Government mandates as they come out. If you feel comfortable coming in, we will still love to serve you. This is a difficult time for people in the service industry. Prayers for all affected in this time.
